Anton Häring sponsorship award remains in the company's own ranks.

Häring graduate Cindy Schätzle is the best in her year as an industrial clerk.

The successful completion of apprenticeship is a great milestone and the starting signal for the step into professional life. This year, 17 award winners were honored for an outstanding performance during their training period at their graduation ceremony at the Erwin Teufel School. They were able to achieve a grade point average of 1.7 or better, making them among the best in their field. "Every year, it is a great pleasure for me to be able to present the Anton Häring Promotion Award to talented and committed young people. With the sponsorship award, we not only want to honor their achievements, we also want to encourage them to have embarked on a great career path and to keep at it," said a delighted Robert Pemsel, first chairman of INTER-ETS and managing director of Anton Häring KG, about his role that afternoon. Thus, the Anton Häring Promotion Award went again this year to the best of the year in the occupational profiles of mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, machining mechanic, industrial clerk, as well as to the best of the year of technicians specializing in machining technology (each m/f/d). The special feature: Robert Pemsel was able to present the prize for the best graduate of the year in the occupational profile of industrial clerk to Cindy Schätzle, a graduate of his own company, on July 14, 2021; the other prize winners received their awards earlier. ” Proud. This makes us very proud. We invest a lot of heart and soul in in-house training so that our junior staff are fit for the technological requirements of the future and brave enough to drive innovations forward. Of course, handing over the award to a well-known face is a particularly nice moment," says the managing director with genuine pleasure. For him, it is clear that the quality of the training of today's junior staff makes a decisive difference to the future of any company. "After all, they follow in our footsteps - and make them bigger."
