First Level Support Specialists

Your Task:

  • Provide first-level support to users by resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to second-level support when needed.
  • Assist in maintaining network infrastructure to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Support end-users with software installations, updates, and IT queries.
  • Document technical issues and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Communicate professionally with users in German and English.

Your profile:

  • Experience: 1–2 years in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of network structures and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with system administration and software support.
  • Languages: Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
