First Level Support Specialists
Your Task:
- Provide first-level support to users by resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to second-level support when needed.
- Assist in maintaining network infrastructure to ensure smooth system operations.
- Support end-users with software installations, updates, and IT queries.
- Document technical issues and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Communicate professionally with users in German and English.
Your profile:
- Experience: 1–2 years in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of network structures and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with system administration and software support.
- Languages: Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
