What makes our apprenticeship program especially valuable is its direct practical connection to production, development, and administration. All apprentices are fully integrated into our business processes, take part in day-to-day operations, and, as a result, take on meaningful and responsible tasks.
So many young professionals have already completed their Häring apprenticeships, and the number keeps growing. Currently, nearly 100 apprentices in Bubsheim alone are on their way to becoming true professionals.
