From Student to Head of Automation, Equipment Construction and Digitalization

On October 1, 2011, Fabian began his dual Bachelor of Engineering program with us. Early on, he knew he wanted to continue his education after completing his bachelor's degree. After discussing his plans with Dr. Jürgen Häring, the next step was clear: he would pursue a master's degree. For his master's thesis, he established the project purchasing group at Häring. After successfully completing his degree, he became the first employee in this department and its Group Manager.

Today, Fabian leads the automation, equipment construction, and digitalization departments, oversees the Tunis location, and actively drives key innovation initiatives across the company.
